BLUSA Defense Manufacturing has been a growing spare parts manufacturer and supplier since 1990 to the Department of Defense (DOD) industry and its allies. We can manufacture to DOD drawings complete with all the necessary certifications. BLUSA has an extensive drawing library which exceeds 5 million to manufacture from. We are proud to support a wide customer base, which includes the US Government’s many defense arms, but also are a strong supporter to the many prime contractors to the industry.

BLUSA has many CNC machining centers and has a vendor support base of thousands to handle the operations not found under our roof. We have very few limitations starting with holding tolerances from .0005 of an inch and assemblies as large as a car. Both mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies are staples of products produced; and we add electronic assemblies to our overall capabilities giving our manufacturing facilities the edge over so much of our competition.
