Summary – Diversified opportunity to support multiple functions and contribute to different departments. Primary focus will be on data entry, researching inventory status and customer communications.
Essential Functions
- Enter inventory data into computer files or database systems
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and update existing data
- Research discrepancies, investigate status of inventory and follow through to resolution
- Organize, copy, file, etc. paperwork
- Monitor the business process flow affecting inventory
- May be asked to perform other duties as required by business needs
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Basic understanding of databases and or enterprise systems
- Fast typing skills (>60 WPM); 10-Key is strongly preferred (>8,000 KPH)
- Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail, time management and deadline driven skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
