Quality Assurance Analyst

We are a progressive, growing, full service, development and production company with a large and established customer base.  We pursue emerging opportunities in the aerospace, defense and energy sectors.  We are currently recruiting for an experienced Expeditor to join our established team of motivated and passionate skilled tradespersons.  

Candidates who apply should have the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer relations management experience 
  • Sharp organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) while understanding basic functions of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) or an ERP is a plus
  • Quality Assurance background is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Time-management and deadline orientation

Candidates will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Collect and input all system required data
  • Monitor and manage all data requirements
  • Follow up with appropriate personnel to gather data to ensure timely processing
  • Support Accounting Personnel to coordinate time sensitive data
  • Collect and track incoming customer Return Materials Authorization, RMA’s
  • Communicate RMA data with Customer as directed by QA Manager or Designee
  • Follow up with appropriate personnel to ensure timely processing/resolution of RMA’s
  • Communicate QA documents with Customers, e.g. First Article Inspection Reports
  • Collect and track incoming vendor Non-Conforming Material Reports, NCMR’s
  • Communicate NCMR data with Vendors as directed by QA Manager or Designee
  • Communicate QA documents with Vendors, e.g. Non-Conforming Materials Reports
  • Follow up with appropriate personnel to ensure timely processing/resolution of NCMR’s
  • Participate in the development of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, CMMC
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Management
